Polaron MSD/C8/5 8 Channel Rack
Polaron MSD/C8/5 8 Channel Rack 8 x 5 Amp Compact microprocessor controlled dimmer rack.
The Polaron 8 Channel Compact Dimmer Rack contains 8 individually addressable outputs.
Each dimming channel is rated at 5 Amps.
The rack is for use with tungsten, low-voltage tungsten, cold cathode & phase control fluorescent (2-wire) loads.
A variety of lighting loads can be controlled on one rack.
The unit accepts a singlephase supply with power handled by substantial SCR’s with high speed fuse protection.
The rack can be switched on and off using the ‘bypass to full’ mode, located on the pcb inside the rack.
Wall mounted control plates can be configured to control any of the lights connected to the dimmer unit. The configuration of lights is carried out at a later stage.
It is possible to have up to 256 control devices on the data highway.
